Q4: Determinations of yields of a process with four treatments are given:

Test the hypothesis that no difference exist among the four treatments at alpha = 0.05?







Q3: The following are three consecutive weeks' earnings of three salemen employed by a given firm:

Calculate F , and assuming that the necessary assumptions can be met, test at a level of 5% significance. Whether differences between salesmen are significant.






Q2: A large field was divided into 25 plots of equal size. Four varieties of crops were given in the field. Each variety being assigned four plots at random. The output from each variety is given as below:

Q1 : A company wishes to purchase one of four different machines A , B , C and D. An experiment is designed to decide whether there is difference in performance of machines , four observations regarding the number of units produced by machines.The following table shows the number units produced.
